GUARANTEE & AFTERCARE We want you to be delighted with the vision and appearance of any new spectacles or contact lenses so you will return to us again. We place great importance on aftercare and to resolving matters if you are not happy. Our qualified Opticians help to insure that we offer excellent aftercare service so that you are fully satisfied with any new spectacles. THE PRESCRIPTION For a period of 3 months from the examination we will change the lenses if they are unsatisfactory in use and a different prescription is necessary, provided we have attended to the complete function of the eye examination and dispensing. SPECTACLES In the event of any defect in the spectacles due to faulty materials, workmanship or design being reported within 12 months of dispensing, to repair or replace free of charge and as quickly as possible. SERVICE To make minor repairs, adjustments and modifications to the spectacles free of charge for 12 months. CONTINUITY Optimum vision can only be achieved from a prescription if spectacles are properly dispensed. For example certain frame or lens combinations may not be suitable for an individuals requirements. |

It is usually best for the same Optician who examines your eyes to dispense and supply any spectacles that may be required. Although you are free to take your prescription elsewhere, knowledge of your personal requirements gained during an examination (and over a period of time) can help in dispensing the most appropriate spectacles to meet your needs. In the event that the spectacles do not prove satisfactory you only have one Optician to consult and there is no conflict as to which Optician you need to return to.
