CONTACT LENSES HAVE COME A LONG WAY IN RECENT YEARS

Eye Image Contact lenses need to be tailor-made for the eyes as no two eyes are the same. No matter which contact lenses are recommended they are all designed for optical precision, excellent wearing comfort and compatibility. Being completely independent we are not restricted to any particular manufacturer and have many forms and styles of lenses available to suit your individual needs and optical requirements.

The prices quoted include standard power lenses and administration costs only. There are separate professional fees for initial fitting and refitting of different lenses. Lenses can only be ordered to a current prescription (dated within 12 months) which is issued following an annual aftercare examination.

There are many different types of lenses available and your practitioner will be happy to discuss these in more detail. If you are interested in trying contact lenses, then please contact us at one of our branches to arrange an appointment. You will need an up-to-date eye examination for spectacles and at this examination we will be able to give you more specific details of the lens options suitable for your prescription. Please note that 'contact lens examinations' are separate from 'eye examinations for spectacles'.

WHY SHOULD I JOIN?

When you wear contact lenses it is important that your eyes are checked regularly to ensure they remain healthy and you always have the optimum lens for your eyes. As a plan member, you will receive regular consultations as well as any interim appointments as necessary, without any additional cost.

Your monthly payment will be tailored to suit your needs and is dependent on the type of lenses you wear. This means that you will only be paying exactly what you need to pay to cover the goods and services you require.

By charging separately for our professional care and lenses, we are able to provide you with impartial advice about your vision needs, as well as the highest standard of clinical care, regardless of the products you require.

CONTACT LENS OPTIONS

The latest lens materials and designs allow you to see clearly and comfortably whilst maintaining the health of your eyes. It is our policy to provide you with a range of options to suit your lifestyle, prescription and budget. Click on a tab for more information on each contact lens type.

There are a variety of disposable lens options available; all of which you wear once and then throw away. The advantage with daily disposable lenses is that you will not require cleaning and disinfecting solutions.

These are considered to be the healthiest option after daily disposables and correct a wide range of prescriptions. You wear your lenses during the day then take them out at night to clean and disinfect them.

These are worn and cleaned on a daily basis but replaced monthly providing an economical option.

These lenses are made from the latest materials allowing longer wearing times, including overnight for those suitable. Due to the nature of wear, more frequent aftercare appointments are required.

These are manufactured from a rigid plastic material that allows oxygen to pass through them to keep your eyes healthy. They are suitable for all prescriptions and require less cleaning than soft lenses.

A wide variety of contact lenses are now available to correct your vision if you have astigmatism, including daily, fortnightly and monthly disposable options.
